What We Actually Do

Files come to us and we handle everything: editing, intro and outro, lower thirds, assets, and cutaways for a polished full episode. We write the episode description, craft a title built for searchability, and design a thumbnail built for click through. From the full episode we cut social clips and schedule everything out across both YouTube and all major podcast platforms. Your only job is to approve it or give feedback. That's it.

The Process

01 You Record, We Receive

You handle the recording and upload your files. If you need help getting set up, ask us about our studio builds and recording consultations. Once the files are in our hands we take it from there.

02 We Edit and Build

We edit the full episode and add everything: intro, outro, lower thirds, assets, and cutaways. While the draft is in review we work on social clips, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails built for click through.

03 You Approve, We Refine

You review the draft and give feedback. We make the changes and finalize every asset. Nothing goes live until you are satisfied.

04 We Publish and Notify

We schedule on YouTube and all major podcast platforms, post the socials, and handle every detail including guest notifications and collaborations. Your audience gets the content. You get your time back.
